Spinning: small group interval training on a bike

Spinning at HealthCreators is working on your stamina and endurance in a small group.

We only have 8 bikes and we positioned them so your elbow won’t lock with your neighbors elbow during the training.

Motivating music

We use motivating and energizing music to do interval training. We train both strength and speed. That way you see results fast in stamina and endurance.
On Monday and Thursday evening the training starts at 19:30h.
On Saturday morning we start at 08:30h.
Either Brenda or Naomi will be you spinning instructor at different times.
