Whole30: Change you health, habits & your relationship with food
The Whole30 is not a diet. It's a process that focusses on your health, your habits and your relationship with food. It is hugely popular in the USA as a lifestyle reset. Even Walmart changed the recipes of some of their meal to make them Whole30 approved.
HealthCreators' Brenda is one of the first Whole30 certified coaches in the world and the first in Europe and The Netherlands. She works directly with Whole30 HQ and co-creator Melissa Hartwig. HealthCreators has been featured in the official Whole30 newsletter Wholesome and on their social media.
Brenda coached hundreds of people one-on-one through their Whole30 and she has been doing groups since January of 2018.

In the Whole30 we work on your health, your habits and your relationship with food. It's not a diet, but it does start with food.
The Whole30 is a process in which you follow the rules of the program with goals like improving health, better athletic performance and develop the character traits you need to better cope with seductive food choices and the basically unhealthy environment we live in. And that... is not a diet!
What is a diet?
A diet is a plan to eat differently, usually a lot less, with the (sole) goal to lose weight. Often diet-products are used that promises easy and quick results. After the diet, most people will start to behave 'normal' again, the results disappear and they will restart the diet cycle. Either with the same plan or with a recent FAD.
In the Whole30 the food on your plate will change, but not necessarily become less, often becomes more than you are used to.
You are totally allowed to lose weight in the Whole30, but we don't want that to be the sole focus of your program. We encourage you to focus on your health, your habits and your relationship with food.
After your Whole30 we start experiments with the foods we eliminated for 30 days. In the reintroduction and the Food Freedom phase after that, we are looking for your sweet spot: in what capacity can you enjoy all the foods, without losing your results (and/or losing control), taking your context in consideration.

Whole30 certified coach: 1st in The Netherlands
HealthCreator Brenda is one of the 10 first Whole30 certified coaches in the world. With that the first in The Netherlands. Since 2014 HealthCreators has been working with the program that changed millions of lives. Because we are based in Europe (The Netherlands) we know the European food environment and can help optimize your Whole30 within that context.
Brenda knows the program like her own backyard, both the rules and the spirit of the program. She additionally is a certified orthomolecular therapist, a training she started to better understand the science behind the Whole30 program.
Brenda coached over 100 people in a one-on-one setting and since 2018 she started group coaching. She is intimately familiar with the obstacles people encounter while doing the program and helped people find their way around, over or under those obstacles.
On application, Brenda can run Whole30 groups in companies, sports clubs, groups of friends.
Why use a coach for the Whole30?
Coached by HealthCreators during your Whole30 will change so much more than the food on your plate!
The Whole30 starts with food but also focusses on your relationship with that food. The healthy choices made in the program are in sharp contrast with the unhealthy environment we live in.
That is why you will also grow in character and mentality during the program.
We work on changing habits, that will otherwise trip you up in your life after the reset and will send your results down the drain. (Not unlike starting to 'normal' again after a diet).
Also: we will work on developing the character traits you need to maintain the Food Freedom plan we make with the information from your Whole30 and reintroduction.
And: We will focus on victories that do not include the scale or any other kind of body measurements. Of course, you are allowed to lose weight, but we like you to also focus on health benefits like more energy, better athletic performance, improvement in (starting) health problems, glowing skin, strong hair and nails, the ability to ignore office treats and still have fun at the party.
In the Whole30 we do a scientific experiment with 1 test subject: you. That way we get all the information we need to develop a bespoke nutritional plan and lifestyle.
Many people get a bit overwhelmed by all the change and can use some help navigating their Whole30 program. Especially since the environment here in Holland/Europe is different from the American situation. The coaching you get from HealthCreators can make a big difference. We will not tell you what to do but will offer you processes and questions that will help you find your way.
HealthCreators Whole 30 certified coaching
HealthCreators offers Whole30 year round in a one-on-one setting.
We organize a Whole30 group coaching at least 3 times a year, usually January, May, and September. But we can also coach a group on request, like in a business, sports club or a group of friends. The group adds motivation, accountability and added support.
The coaching program contains a lot of practical information:
- Explanation of the program: the rules, the recommendations, the science, the spirit
- A guide full of information, F.A.Q's, recipes and what to expect from the process
- A Facebook-group with people do are doing or have done the Whole30, that will cheer you on and share their experience
- A fact sheet on where to shop for Whole30 compliant groceries
- 60 days of online guidance with the eWhole30 Boost, with background information and resources about the Whole30 program, but also on setting goals, quick recipes, other lifestyle changes you can make like improve sleep, manage stress and dealing with social challenges
- Furthermore: I can help you with reading labels on food (in either the Facebook group or via my What'sApp-service)

Who are Brenda & Melissa?
Whole30 Certified Coach
Brenda Heskes is the co-founder of HealthCreators, a Dutch personal training studio specialized in changing lifestyles through Training, and Mindset & Nutrition. She is one of the 10 first Whole30 certified coaches in the world, a Certified Orthomolecular Therapist (k-PNI) and a Certified NLP practitioner (IEP).
Since 2014 HealthCreators has offered their clients the Whole30 program as part of their method. As their mindset & nutrition coach, Brenda has helped HealthCreators’ clients gain personal knowledge on which foods work for them (and which not so much), to deal with stubborn habits and finding alternative routines for them. HealthCreators also provides specific and practical information about how to navigate your Whole30 best in The Netherlands, with extensive shopping guides, a daily support e-mail in Dutch (called the Boost) and “What’s App label reading support service”.
Brenda is close to fluent in English and all HealthCreators services are available in English to the extensive expat community in The Hague.

Melissa has presented more than 150 health and nutrition seminars worldwide and is a prominent keynote speaker on social media and branding, health trends, and entrepreneurship. Melissa enjoys kettlebell training, yoga, hiking, solo traveling, and riding her motorcycle. She lives in Salt Lake City, UT.

Which Whole30coaching is right for you?
HealthCreators offers Whole30 coaching in 3 ways: Personal (1-on-1), Buddy (2-on-1) or in a Group. If you do not live nearby all coaching can be done 100% online.
The coaching is for the duration of 2 months: the Whole30, the reintroduction and the start of your Food Freedom. IN that time frame we have 4 one-on-one coaching session in which we focus intensively on what you need for your goal(s). The package also covers daily online guidance during Whole30 and regularly in the reintroduction and Food Freedom. Personal contact with your coach via Whta'sApp, all the information you need (program, (Dutch) grocery list, recipes), online help reading labels on food. You can start whenever you want.
The same package as 'personal': the Whole30, the reintroduction and the start of your Food Freedom. We will do 1 session of one-on-one coaching to work on your personal goals. You share 3 sessions with the more practical information with your buddy: a friend, your partner, your sports buddy, your colleague, a parent, your child... you choose. (They do have to want it themselves as well! 🙂 ).
You'll receive the online guidance and all the information. Personal contact is via a What's App group with your buddy. You can start when you are both ready.
Investment: €360 per person
Three times a year HealthCreators organizes a group Whole30. The coaching is 1 workshop in which the whole program is explained and we start with our goals. Then it is followed by 3 webinars at important milestones in the program: halfway through, just before reintroduction and after your reintroduction, when you are on your way in Food Freedom. You'll get daily online guidance during the 30 days with a magazine full of information in your email. The group shares a closed FaceBook group for support, questions and answers on subjects like grocery shopping but also on your personal challenges.
In 2019 the groups are in January, May, and September.
